Those Dancing Days have passed.....

The Swedish girls band"Those Dancing Days"could have been heard often these days. The song of the same name as their band has been played many times in clubs and events. Though they are still very young, their name"Those Dancing Days"sounds nostalgic and makes me feel sometimes melancholy. I feel that their songs have wide range of backgrounds from 60's pops to garage, northern soul...and has the atmosphere of 80's dance culture. They don't look like the youth of today.

I wrote about it because I heard their song last night as well.....and in the next morning after clubing I always remind of their song, I feel empty feeling in the tiring morning..in a train going home....thinking of lovely friends dancing and chilling together in the night before.

Yesterday in the evening, I came to check my friends band's gig at Koenji-High. I found many event friends in that venue. At the bar counter when I was going to get some drink, I found 3 boys I've seen-2 Americans and 1 British. I met them at an event before and I asked them to come to my event at that time, after that I sometimes hung out with them. I enjoy talking with them in both English and Japanese, they speak Japanese though each of their levels are different. But I can't sometimes make out what they're talking in English only among them. They talk to me more slowly and easy way of saying, but they speak too fast while talking only among the guys.I sometimes hardly understand pronouns talking in English.....oh I've no idea what they're saying about? One of them say to me that Japanese is very hard to study for him.But I think English is also very hard for me though I have studied for about 9~10 years.....Im still not sure I can speak it properly. Both two languages are very different, so I have to think differently making sentences to say something. I think I'll never be able to get perfect sense of speaking English as native speakers whatever I may do....

Im learning two foreign languages other than English but I always get to think that way while studying any foreign languages....

There're 4 bands playing I saw and after the gig I drank with the audiences and band members at the venue. And then move to another event in Shinjyuku saying goodbye to them.
Clubing was also very fun, meeting and talking with many friends listening to good music.I saw two bands gigs there as well. They were very good and I was always impressed when I saw good gigs and I feel I'd like to play soon on a stage like them! Actually I love watching gigs better than just clubing as a audience(it's different when I dj...)...I love to see a band playing in my sight.Im getting excited by seeing performance and musical instruments and equipments...guitar,bass,amp....etc..
The first band was crazy and so cool,I love that feedback noise of the two guitars...!!
They never saw the audiences' face they looked down on the floors. Yeah they're influenced by shoegazery so they look down on their effector all the time. I think that's the cool way..haha.
